- Wake up 20min earlier each morning to meditate
- Power walk for 30mins at lunchtime
- Prepare five home cooked meals
- Walk from the office to the station
- Drink at least 3 liters of water
When you achieve your goals, it is essential to celebrate. Then make more goals.
Make little changes
For changes to be adopted, they need to be small. Lots of little changes will make a massive impact on your life. You will be amazed at the results.
- Swap the 10 am coffee and muffin for a green tea and fresh banana
- Swap your morning sourdough toast, drenched in butter with warm porridge
- Start powerwalking at lunchtime for 30mins instead of chatting with colleagues
- Eat fresh fruit and veg at every meal.
